announced a public comment period on a request to modify the use
rate.
The request involves 2011 and 2012, where the rate would be
changed
from 1.5 lb ai/A to 2 lb ai/A (the 2010 rate). This is equivalent
to
changing 3 lb formulated product to 4 lb product. The
request does
not change the 2012 end date for registration. Comments must be

cumulative risk assessment. EPA expects a preliminary cumulative
assessment will be available for public comment by the Spring of 2005.
